I rarely bother with returns or exchanges (had to exchange a concealer shade) I was expecting a bit of a headache but they made it easy and simple enough to figure out and all I had to do was print the label and drop it off. Absolutely worth it, the new one shipped to me very quickly!
I love your products, but as expensive as they are, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to be able to return (within 30 days) if it’s not the right product or have the protection that most other online retailers include. You don’t have samples of all of your products (at least not that I’ve found) so the only way to know is to order full size. Feels like nickel-and-diming me on top of paying a high price for the products.
Get rid of the protection charge, It is not necessary

Very difficult to find make up that is truly “clean” especially with regard to titanium dioxide and these lip pencils are free of that product and they last a long time on your lips. I will definitely buy them again.
